All users have a unique, sand-boxed database. Different user data are never commingled in the same database. Furthermore, Savicom performs data integrity checks on customer data on a regular basis.
ASP/ESP Application Security:
Everything, from passwords to data transferred is encrypted using the highest levels of security technology available. This means no one—not even Savicom employees-- have access to your passwords, and they must be re-set rather than retrieved and the data transmission channel is encrypted with SSL.
Administrative, Network and Procedural Security:
We safeguard ourselves — and your data — internally, as carefully as we do externally. All employees undergo a rigorous background check and strict hiring process. Our systems, networks, and customer data are constantly monitored 24/7 against any threats, viruses or other security nuisances.
